Who pays the international duties and charges?Updated 4 months ago

Any international orders above a certain value may incur VAT/GST, duties, or customs charges from your local Customs authority. These charges must be paid by the recipient directly to Customs or its authorized service provider before the parcel can be successfully delivered.

Important Points:

  • Recipient's Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for paying any local customs, VAT/GST, or other charges. Zoomlite is not responsible for paying or reimbursing these charges.
  • Check Before Ordering: We recommend you check the import duties applicable to your country before placing an order. The tax-free import limit and the duties payable are set by individual countries and can change at any time.
  • Unclaimed or Rejected Items: If an item is unclaimed or rejected by the customer and returned to us, we will process the applicable refund less any fees and charges incurred in the shipping and return of the parcel.
