Who do you ship with?Updated a month ago

We usually ship within Australia using Australia Post (standard eParcel & Express Post), StarTrack Premium, or Couriers Please.

Domestic Shipping

  • Australia Post: Standard eParcel & Express Post
  • StarTrack Premium: At our discretion, we may utilise StarTrack Premium. Please note, StarTrack Express Premium may leave the parcel at your door, which is considered as signed for and delivered. "Authority to Leave" is automatically granted. In some cases, a photograph may be taken to document where the parcel was placed, and occasionally, a verbal confirmation is accepted as the "Signature".
  • Couriers Please

If the property is located behind locked gates, includes pets, is within an apartment/flat/unit, or if the driver deems it unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, a card may be left, and the parcel may be taken to the nearest post office or another collection point for you to retrieve. Additional charges may apply in such instances and will need to be settled before the handover to you.

International Shipping

For international orders, we use Australia Post, DHL Express, or FedEx.

These carriers can change without notice and are used at our discretion. If you have any specific requirements or questions regarding shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
