What is a preorder?Updated a month ago

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfillment centers. You can still order these products, and we will ship them out to you as soon as the stock arrives. This is usually on or close to the specified date on the product page.

If you're ordering both pre-order and non-pre-order items, we suggest placing separate orders for them. This way, the in-stock items can be shipped out right away. Otherwise, our system will automatically mark your entire order as a pre-order and ship everything together once all items are available.
