Shipping to countries other than Australia and New Zealand

Yes, we ship all over the globe (some exceptions apply).

If your country does not appear on the country list or you get an error message saying that we don't ship to your location - then there could be 2 reasons:-

Reason One:
You are trying to order our large suitcase. Large suitcases cannot be shipped internationally to countries other than New Zealand.
We can ship large suitcase to NZ, with FedEx or DHL at an additional cost of NZ$190 per case (roughly). Please get in touch with us if you want large cases shipped to New Zealand for a custom quote. To prepare the quote please let us know all the items you want shipped together, your complete shipping address and a realistic date the order is required by. Shipping time can vary between 2 to 7 working days.

Reason Two:
There are some shipping restrictions with your country using our default shipping carrier hence we need to manually check to ensure that we can indeed ship to you currently. This could be due to various factors which we cannot control.

Shipping Details

International Post: Parcels to New Zealand are sent by Australia Post (Express service), leaving Melbourne within 1-2 business days. The expected transit time is 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after midday (Melbourne time) will leave the next business day. These parcels are delivered within New Zealand by NZ Post usually.
Duties and Taxes: The receiver is liable for any duties or taxes applicable to the order at the time the order reaches your local port. This is beyond Zoomlite's control.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: AU$20 for orders under AU$69.99, and free for orders AU$70 and over (excluding luggage).
Express Shipping: We offer an Express shipping option to New Zealand with a transit time of 1-3 business days (except remote locations) using DHL Express or similar. This is available at checkout at an additional cost starting at NZ$20.

Shipping Large Suitcases

Large suitcases cannot be shipped to New Zealand with Standard Post. However, they can be shipped with FedEx or DHL at an additional cost of NZ$190 per case. Please get in touch with us via email if you want large cases shipped to New Zealand for a custom quote as outlined above.
