If your order has been returned to sender, here’s what you can do:
Check Tracking History:
- If you see from the tracking history that the parcel has been returned to sender, please email us at [email protected] to work out what the issue is.
Possible Reasons for Return:
- Incorrect Delivery Address: If you provided a wrong delivery address, or the parcel was not collected, a shipping & handling charge of $15 is applicable to have the parcel resent. This is in addition to any shipping charge paid earlier.
- Unclaimed or Rejected Items: If an item is unclaimed or rejected by the customer and returned to us, we will process the applicable refund less any fees and charges incurred in the shipping and return of the parcel.
Fixing the Address:
- In some cases, you can contact the carrier directly and have the address fixed before it is returned to Zoomlite. This can prevent the return and save you additional charges.
