I have not received my entire order?Updated 15 days ago

If you haven't received your entire order, here are two possible scenarios:

Scenario A: Missing Items in a Single Package

If your order came in one package and something is missing, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know what’s missing. Sometimes, items from the same order are packed inside each other, so please double-check the contents.

Scenario B: Multiple Packages

If your order was shipped in multiple packages and you haven’t received all of them, please check the tracking link for updates on the missing packages. Sometimes, carriers deliver packages from the same order separately. Each package will have its own tracking number (barcode).  Do remember to use the drop down box where available to obtain the shipping/tracking info for each package.
