Delivery Times

• Standard International Delivery: Generally takes 8 to 15 business days from dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
• Express International Delivery: Generally takes 2 to 7 business days from dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from Melbourne (excluding public holidays). Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee exact dates.

Duties & Charges

• Customs Duty and Import Fees: If customs duty, import fees, or taxes are required to be paid, this may delay delivery while your local customs office processes the order and contacts you directly for payment of these charges. Customs duties, import fees, and taxes vary from country to country and are set by your local Customs authority.
• Receiver's Responsibility: The receiver is liable for any duties or taxes applicable to the order at the time the order reaches your local port. This is something Zoomlite has no control over.
