How long does a refund take?Updated a month ago

We aim to handle refunds and returns within 3-5 business days of receiving the order back at our warehouse. The transit time from your address to us will depend on the origin of the parcel and the chosen service. Using a tracked postal service will allow you to monitor the delivery status.

Refund Process:

  • Processing Time at Zoomlite: We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned order.
  • Payment Gateway Processing: Once we have initiated the refund process, the payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay, Zip Pay, or Klarna) will return the funds to your card or account. The processing time by the payment gateways is beyond our control.
  • Timeframe for Refunds: Typically, most refunds will be reflected in your account within 2-5 business days after being processed by Zoomlite.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds can only be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. This is encrypted, and we cannot override or change it.


Important Notes:

  • Inactive Accounts: If your original card or account is no longer active, please inform us in writing when requesting the refund. This action cannot be reversed once the refund has been completed at our end.
