Prepaid Return Option
- Request a Label: Email us at [email protected] with the following:
Your order number
Reason for return / Description of fault / any other details.
Your acceptance for us to create a label for you (return fee charge. of $15 per package) - Cost of Label : A return label will cost $15 per label/package. At present, this option is only available for our Australian & New Zealand customers only.
- Receive Label: We will generate the return label for you and email it to you. The return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Any shipping charges from the original order are not refundable. Please allow us 2-3 working days to create this label for you.
Prepaid Return Steps:
- Remove Old Labels: Remove any previous delivery addresses or labels from the package.
- Repackage Items: Repackage the items with all original product packaging, cloth bags, product tags, straps, paperwork, cleaning sponges, or any other included items.
- Include Documentation: Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order number, with a brief note describing the reason for the return. If you don’t have your receipt, include your order number, name, and address inside the parcel.
- Seal and Label: Securely seal the package(s) with tape and affix the provided labels.
- Drop Off: Drop off the package(s) at your nearest post office or use the Australia Post red street posting box.
- Processing Time: Allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.
- Return insurance: The return is not insured, and the responsibility lies with the sender to ensure they are covered and the package is adequately packed to ensure it arrives without any damage.
Return Without Prepaid Label
- Choose Your Carrier: You can return the item using a carrier of your choice at your own cost.
- Trackable Service: Ensure the item is sent using a trackable service and consider purchasing transit cover if needed, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
- Include Documentation:
Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order number,
A brief note describing the reason for the return. (If you don’t have your receipt, include your order number, name, and address inside the parcel - along with the reason for return)

- The shipping does not include insurance, and any loss or damage during transit is your responsibility as we are not liable for such incidents.
- Any shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
- If returning large boxes like suitcases - note that many smaller Australia Post stores do not accept them. To avoid frustration, we recommend using any of the larger stores.
