How do I know if my order was shipped?Updated a month ago
We usually ship orders within 1 business day of you placing the order (excluding pre-orders). You will receive an email automatically once your order ships. This email will include a link to view your tracking information.
Tracking Information:
- The tracking link usually goes live in the evening of dispatch from our warehouse. Please allow overnight if your tracking isn’t live on the day of dispatch.
Delayed Delivery:
- If you do not receive your order within the scheduled/estimated delivery window (allowing for seasonal delays and any other disruptions), please contact the carriers directly as once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it.
