How do I cancel/change my order or shipping address?Updated 4 months ago

It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice any errors or inaccuracies in your information, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. However, once your order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot change personal information.


If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email your order number, full name, and new address (if you are changing your address details) to [email protected]. Please use the order number in the subject line.

Important Points:

  • Timing: Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
  • Potential Limitations: Even if your order hasn't shipped yet, it may still be too late to make updates to your order.
  • After Shipping: Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or upgrade the shipping. In such cases, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Address Corrections:

  • Before Shipping: If you know your address is incorrect, our friendly support team can help fix it before your package is dispatched.
  • After Shipping: Once shipped, please liaise with the carrier directly, quoting your tracking number.
