Can I make changes to my order?Updated 4 months ago
If your order has not shipped, there may still be time to change it. It's best to make any changes before 11 am Melbourne time (AEST).
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
Changing Your Shipping Address
- If your shipping address is incorrect, please provide the correct address as soon as possible.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may be able to change the address with the carrier by contacting them directly and quoting the tracking number. Once the order has been packed and shipped, it is out of our control and must be arranged with the carrier.
Undeliverable Parcels
- If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to Zoomlite, please contact us, and we’ll arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
