Warranty Coverage:
- Standard Warranty: We offer a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on most of our products. Certain products may have a different warranty duration; please see the individual product page for specific details.
- Specific Warranty Conditions: Each product’s specific warranty conditions are available on its individual product page.
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (e.g., Zoomlite order number) must be provided to process a warranty claim.
Coverage Details:
- Scope: Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Minor Faults: For minor product issues, we offer prompt repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Major Faults: Should a major fault occur, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, damage in transit, accidental damage, or theft.
- Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
- Damage from improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.
- Subjective assessments of the product, such as speed or strength.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number, along with photos showing the front of the item, the back of the item, and the faulty area. If it is a suitcase, include a photograph of the base, showing all the wheels.
- Assessment: We will assess the issue based on the photographs. If covered by the warranty, we will choose to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
- Return: If the item needs to be physically assessed or repaired, you will need to return it to our postal address in Braeside at your cost, unless advised otherwise.
