Zoomlite stands firmly behind the quality of its products. Every piece of Neos or Glide luggage purchased directly from Zoomlite comes with a 10-year warranty against any material and manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty also applies to Zoomlite products bought through authorised third-party retailers.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Cosmetic Wear: Includes superficial damages such as scratches, dents, marks, scuffs, stains, changes in colour, everyday wear and tear (including internal fabric), Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.
- USB cables, connectors and any updates in technology or electrical items or components thereof.
- Non-Defective Parts: Replacement of non-defective parts is not covered.
- Damage from Abuse: Includes intentional abuse, modification, tampering, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or alteration beyond normal use.
- Normal Wear and Tear or Airline/Carrier Damage: Regular wear and tear or damage caused by airlines or common carriers is not covered. External damage to zipper pullers and wheels is commonly caused by airline or transport mishandling and is not covered under warranty.
Note: We highly recommend inspecting your luggage thoroughly after every trip and contacting the airline to file a claim for any damage that occurred in transit.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Replacement Parts: If your luggage sustains damage to a specific part, we can dispatch a replacement component along with guidance for its installation (a fee may be charged for this). Please be aware that shipping and processing charge depends on the availability of parts.
- Irreparable Damage: In situations where the damaged parts are irreparable or irreplaceable, we can supply alternative luggage. While exact replacements for limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items cannot be assured, any substitute will match or exceed the retail value of your original item.
- Discretionary Claims: Warranty claims are subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a claim if it does not meet our criteria.
