However, if you prefer to view the products in person, you can visit our Braeside location by prior appointment.

Visiting Our Showroom

• Appointment Required: To ensure we have the products you're interested in ready for you, please let us know which items you’d like to see in advance.
• Limited Display: Not every product in every size or colour is on display, so it's essential to inform us of your preferences if you have something very specific to look at.
• Showroom Hours: Our showroom is open from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We highly recommend that you make an appointment to visit the showroom.

Our showroom in Braeside, Melbourne, Australia, is the only location that carries the full Zoomlite range by prior appointment.

For our customers anywhere in the world, we offer a 30-day return policy. This allows you to order the items you want to look at and return the ones you don’t wish to keep for a refund.
