Who do you ship with?

• We usually ship within Australia using Australia Post (standard eparcel & Express Post) or Star Track Premium.  

• At our discretion, we may utilize Star Track Premium. Star Track Express Premium may leave the parcel at the door (in most cases), which is considered as signed for and delivered. In other words, "Authority to Leave" is automatically granted. In some cases, a photograph may be taken to document where the parcel was placed on your premises, and occasionally, a verbal confirmation is accepted as the "Signature".

  However, if the property is located behind locked gates, includes pets, is within an apartment/flat/unit, or if the driver deems it unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, then a card will be left, and the parcel may be taken to the nearest post office or another collection point for you to retrieve. Additional charges may apply in such instances and will need to be settled before the handover to you.

• Our domestic bulk road carrier within Australia varies depending on the size of the order.  

• For international orders, we use Australia Post or DHL Express.
