My order has been returned due to a delivery issue, what can I do?

If you can see from the tracking history that the parcel has been returned to sender, please contact us to work out what the issue is.

If you had earlier provided the wrong delivery address, a shipping charge of $7 is applicable to have the parcel resent.

In some cases you can contact the carrier directly and have the address fixed before it is returned to Zoomlite.
