My order has been returned due to a delivery issue, what can I do?

  • If you can see from the tracking history that the parcel has been returned to sender, please email us to work out what the issue is.
  • For example: If you had earlier provided a wrong delivery address, or was not collected etc a shipping & handling charge of $15 is applicable to have the parcel resent this is over an above any shipping charge paid already earlier.
  • In some cases you can contact the carrier directly and have the address fixed before it is returned to Zoomlite.
  • If an item is unclaimed or rejected by the customer and returned to us, we will process the applicable refund less any fees and charges incurred in the shipping & return of the parcel.
