How do I know if my order was shipped?

We ship orders within 1 business day of you placing the order.  You will receive an email automatically once your order ships.  

This email will include a link to view your tracking information. This tracking usually goes live in the evening of despatch from our warehouse (please allow overnight if your tracking isn’t live on the day of despatch)

If you do not receive your order within the scheduled/estimated delivery window (do allow for seasonal delays and any other disruptions), please contact us via email and quote your order number and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
