What do I do if there's a problem with the order I receive?

  • If there is an issue, email us ASAP upon receiving the order and make us aware of the issue.
  • Using your order number as the email subject reference, email us a photo and description of the issue to ensure a prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Please also include a photo of the front of the product so that we are able to identify the item.
  • If you receive an item that is not what you ordered or in some way faulty on arrival we will generally replace the item and arrange return postage.
