What do I do if there's a problem with the order I receive?
If there is an issue, please contact us ASAP upon receiving the order and make us aware of the issue.
Using your order number as the email subject reference, email us a photo and description of the issue to ensure a prompt and accurate resolution. Please also include a photo of the front of the product so that we are able to identify the item.
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered or in some way faulty on arrival we will generally replace the item and arrange return postage.
