Can I pick up an order in person?

Pickups: Please place your order online, and choose “pick up from warehouse” as the shipping option. Allow us some time to process your order and wait for a notification from us saying that your order is ready for collection.

Our pick-up hours are between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday only. The door is usually unlocked and needs to be pulled outwards. We recommend that you park in front of our roller door.

Order in Person: It is possible to visit our Braeside location if you prefer to view the products & order in person by prior appointment only.

Not every product in every size or colour is on display, as such we ask that do let us know which products are of interest to you so that we can have those readily available.

We highly recommend that you phone ahead or email when wanting to visit the showroom. Our showroom hours are between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday only. (excluding holidays)
