Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not shipped there may still be time to change your order.  
(This is usually best if done before 12pm - Melbourne time)
Please get in contact with us ASAP quoting your order number and what changes you'd like to make. 

If your shipping address is incorrect please advise us of the correct address ASAP.  
If your order has been shipped you may be able to change the address with the carrier by contacting them directly and quoting the tracking number.
If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to Zoomlite, please contact us and we’ll arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
