Can I make changes to my order?

  • If your order has not shipped there may still be time to change your order.  

(This is usually best if done before 11am - Melbourne time AEST)

  • Please get in contact with us ASAP quoting your order number and what changes you'd like to make. 
  • If your shipping address is incorrect please advise us of the correct address ASAP.  
  • If your order has been shipped already then you may be able to change the address with the carrier by contacting them directly and quoting the tracking number. Once the order has been packed and shipped then it is out of our control, and will need to be arranged with the carrier directly.
  • If the parcel is undeliverable and returned to Zoomlite, please contact us and we’ll arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
