How is COVID-19 affecting orders?
We are operating in a limited capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are shipping orders within 2 business days, instead of the regular 1 business day. Our despatch days are currently Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except for Public Holidays).
The showroom is currently shut to the general public. Orders can only be picked up contact-free by prior arrangement.
We continue to monitor our phone lines, and where we are unable to get to your phone call, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We have increased cleaning and hygiene measures to ensure the safety of all customers and staff.
Please be aware that there may be shipping delays outside our control, both within Australia and Internationally, due to increased demand and limited flight schedules and capacity.
Our delivery partners no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to safely drop your parcel at the door without contact.
Covid-19 Carrier Delays: Please note that due to ongoing COVID restrictions, our carrier partners are experiencing significant parcel processing delays. You can expect an average delay of 3 days beyond the normal delivery times for your area.
