Can I exchange a store bought purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange Zoomlite products bought at retail stores.
You may be able to arrange an exchange through the store that you purchased your item from, depending on their store’s exchange policy.
If you have purchased from our Braeside location or online from www.zoomlite.com.au it can be exchanged through Zoomlite.
The item must be in an unused condition, bought within the last 30 days and returned to Zoomlite at your expense.
