Can I exchange a product I have purchased online?

• Yes, you're welcome to exchange an item you have purchased for another, so long as you bought it directly from Zoomlite within the last 30 days and your item is unused.  
• The original item/order will be refunded back and a new order will need to be made with fresh payment.
• If needing your replacement item in a hurry, we suggest that you place a new order with the item you want and return the item you no longer want to us. Once the item is assessed and processed by our returns team we will refund the original order within 1-2 business days.
