Do I pay for postage on returns?

If you have a warranty issue, please email us photos, order number and a brief description of the fault. We can then guide you on the best option.

The customer needs to pay any associated return postage costs and is not refundable.  

The product once authorised by Zoomlite should be returned to us - postage paid, with product packaging and tags and packaged adequately to avoid any damage in transit. We recommend you use a tracked shipping service so that you can keep an eye on its location.

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt (mentioning the order number), with a brief note describing the reason for the return. If you don’t have your receipt, please make sure you include your order number, name and address inside the parcel.

Prepaid Return Option:-

We can provide you with a prepaid label for returns for a fee of $15 per package. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you wish to proceed with this option, please contact us via email with your order number, reason for return, and the address from which the item is being returned.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

1. Remove any previous delivery addresses or labels from the package.

2. Repackage the items along with all original product packaging, cloth bags, product tags, straps, paperwork, cleaning sponges, or any other included items.

3. Securely seal the package(s) with tape and affix the provided labels.

4. Drop off the package(s) at your nearest post office or use the Australia Post red street posting box at your convenience.

5. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.

6. Kindly note that the shipping does not include insurance, and any loss or damage during transit is your responsibility as we are not liable for such incidents.


Exchange Policy:

Customers are allowed to exchange an item purchased directly from Zoomlite within the last 30 days, provided that the item is unused and all packaging and product tags are intact.


The original item/order will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed with a fresh payment.

If you require your replacement item urgently, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the unwanted item to us. Once the item is evaluated and processed by our returns team, the original order will be refunded within 3 - 5 business days.
