Do I pay for postage on returns?
If you have a warranty issue, please email us photos, order number and a brief description of the fault. We can then guide you on the best option.
If the item is under warranty and unused and needs to be returned, Zoomlite will then at its discretion cover the return postage.
If the item is used and needs to be returned, the customer needs to pay the associated return postage costs and is not refundable.
The product once authorised by Zoomlite should be returned to us - postage paid, with product packaging and tags and packaged adequately to avoid any damage in transit.
We recommend you use a tracked shipping service so that you can keep an eye on its location.
Please include a copy of your purchase receipt, with a brief note describing the reason for return.
If you don’t have your receipt, please make sure you include your name, address, email and phone number inside the parcel.
