How long does a refund take?

  • We aim to handle refunds and returns within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the order back at our warehouse. 
  • The transit time from your address to us will depend on the origin of the parcel and the chosen service. 
  • If you opt for a tracked postal service, you will have visibility on the delivery status at your end.  
  • Once we have initiated the refund process, it then becomes the responsibility of the payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, After Pay, Zip Pay, or Klarna) to return the funds to your card or account. 

    Note that the processing time by the payment gateways is beyond our control. 

    Typically, most refunds will be reflected in your account within 2-5 business days after being processed by Zoomlite.

  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. 
  • If your original card or account is no longer active, please inform us in writing when requesting the refund. This action cannot be reversed once the refund has been completed at our end.
