How long does a refund take?
We aim to deal with refunds & returns within 1 business day of receiving the order back at our warehouse. The transit time from your address to us will depend on where you send the parcel from and what service you use. If you use a tracked Australia Post service, you will be able to see when it has been delivered.
Once we have processed the refund at our end, it then becomes the responsibility of the payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, After Pay, Zip Pay or Klarna) to return the money to your card or account. Please note that the processing time by the payment gateways is out of our control. Most refunds will be in your account within 2-5 business days of the refund being processed by Zoomlite.
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. If the original card or account has been cancelled, please let us know in writing when requesting the refund.
