My order has been returned due to a delivery issue, what can I do?
If you can see from the tracking history that the parcel has been returned to sender, please email us to work out what the issue is.
For example: If you had earlier provided a wrong delivery address, or was not collected etc a shipping & handling charge of $15 is applicable to have the parcel resent this is over an above any shipping charge paid already earlier.
In some cases you can contact the carrier directly and have the address fixed before it is returned to Zoomlite.
If an item is unclaimed or rejected by the customer and returned to us, we will process the applicable refund less any fees and charges incurred in the shipping & return of the parcel.
